Observation with 2 agreeing IDs and no disagreeing IDs still listed as Unknown

I originally added the same exact ID as the previous person (Flowering Plants) and despite no disagreeing IDs it was still saying unknown. I tried adding a different ID to see if that would update it, but it still says unknown. While it is a “casual” observation, I still don’t think that this is correct.

Observer turned off community id.

unfortunately the user has been inactive for a month, so perhaps slim chances of fixing this (but you never know)
