Only plant common name appears in Host Plant ID field

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): Sometimes the host plant ID field only displays the plant’s common name (which can be ambiguous) instead of the Latin name. Here is an example (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/146462544); normally both common and Latin name are displayed, as in this example (https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/146731186). I have had this problem occur using Chrome on the desktop version; I don’t remember now if it happens consistently, because (as noted in my comment on the first link) I long ago gave up on the host plant ID field and switched to just entering that data in the notes.

This happens when an observation field tied to a taxon is added via the iOS app. If you see this and know which taxon it refers to you, can edit the observation field via the website to fix it so the association with the taxon id isn’t broken. If you don’t know which taxon it refers to, you can leave a comment asking the observer to fix it themselves via the web (not iOS app).

As far as I know, this issue is limited to iOS observations.

I thought I’d had this problem on my laptop, which is Windows, but maybe the issue that made me stop using the host plant ID field was that I uploaded a large batch of observations and discovered that the field was blank even though I’d filled it in for each one.
