Here is an interesting thought. While it is recommended to identify observations to the taxonomic level of Family, identifying observations at higher taxonomic levels is not discouraged. Out of curiosity, has it ever happened on iNaturalist that an observation is identified to every taxonomic level?

You mean, an observation which moved though every rank on its way to species/subspecies?
Not all ranks are used in all cases, but I’m sure you could at least find one that went though KPCOFGS…
