Percentages on iNatForum polls

not a big deal, but the percentages on iNatForum polls are a little strange. instead of doing a standard rounding to the nearest whole number, they seem to be truncating extra decimals or doing a floor function.

for example, see the screenshot below. i have a poll that has 24 voters, and there are a couple of items that show 20% selection. i scratched my head on that for a second because 4 / 24 = 0.166667 ~= 17% and 5 / 24 = 0.208333 ~= 21%.

so again, no big deal, but something to be aware of.
