Not sure whether this relates to the bug I mentioned earlier https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/media-order-changed-on-upload-and-after-editing/4839 ? I expect the desired behaviour is all media should be displayed in the order uploaded unless specifically re-ordered by the observer.
