Place listing inconsistencies?

I monitor certain locations for what is observed and I have noticed when I look at the locations in two different ways, I get two different results. For instance, When I look by place (https://www.inaturalist.org/places/the-woodlands-philadelphia-pa-us), that I access through a widget is different from the results I get for the same place/location when I use the search bar at the top left, I get the place ID results. I see that in the first one, I am looking at more details about the defined place itself, my question would be why is it dropping some observations that are clearly within the bounds of the perimeter on one vs the other? I am particularly looking at the Snake’s-Head Frittillary, visible only by using the second way of looking at place, not the place itself. thanks for the help! I love this site and this tool!

The observation is “Casual” and may not be accepted by the Project you’re looking at.

ahh! makes sense. I thought I found a hole in the space time continuum.
