With no visibility in many cases as to either who or why a suspension has been imposed, curators should not be able to reverse a staff imposed suspension.
Users suspended by staff should only be able to be unsuspended by staff.
Great feature request. This also goes along with a post about adding an area for curators and staff to add a suspension reason, although I can’t find the link.
