Is there a project that collects observations that are just fur samples? I wasnt able to find one, and i dont really know how to go about starting one.
There might be one, but to help identify based on fur, try searching for observations that have the annotation “evidence of presence” = “hair”: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/identify?term_id=22&term_value_id=31

You could make a project similar to my project for galls. Just change the annotation value.
