Used to work fine, but now won’t finish loading, or total observations. Included in umbrella project - total observations shown.
Problem occurs in Chrome & Android app.
I can verify on Chrome - most of the project seems to load, but not the number of observations.

I’ve asked our devs, but it’s Sunday here. I don’t see anything obviously wrong with the project’s settings.

I suspect there’s an observation in there that is misformatted or something and and that’s what’s causing the error.

it would have been an observation of Baptisia australis on 2024-05-15 by a user who may have deleted their account.

OK, for future reference - as administrator, is there anything I can do to fix this? or does this require dev action?

ultimaely, yes, probably.
right now the observation is the 11th most recent observation in that place. the page loads the first 30 right away. so if you were to get 20 more, i think at least the page wouldn’t fail right away. (it would sitll fail if you tried to view more observations.)
the problematic observation was a casual grade observation. so another way to work around the problem is to exclude casual observations from your project temporarily.

The observation as made by a since-deleted account, but for some reason that one observation was deleted. It’s been manually deleted by us, and the project page loads now.
