Provide a Warning that There Will be no Opportunity to Edit Feature Request Before Approval

I keep forgetting about the approval period, when I had wanted to go grab a URL and insert right after submitting. If I saw a reminder, I would write my request somewhere else and paste the request in its entirety before submitting so whoever is approving could see the whole request.

Hey @sgene, I moved this to Forum Feedback, since Feature Requests are just about iNat functionality, not the forum. :-) I’m not sure a reminder is possible but I can take a look. You can always message @moderators if you left something out of a request.
