Rename standard places - possible to do 3?

To get them updated to their current and proper names, and aligned with other external sites for consistency:

https://www.inaturalist.org/places/czech-republic - rename to Czechia, the nation changed its official English name several years ago to this.

https://www.inaturalist.org/places/macedonia - rename to North Macedonia as just recently changed.

https://www.inaturalist.org/places/swaziland - change to Eswatini, changed in the recent past.

Looks like https://www.inaturalist.org/places/czechia and https://www.inaturalist.org/places/eswatini were done, Macedonia still at Macedonia
