Resolving a specific flag gives whale error

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: I tried to resolve this flag, and it gave me the whale error.

Step 2: Tried resolving several other flags and they worked normally.

Have had this happen tonight on https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/560226 and saw it also on https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/560223 Tried resolving the second and also got whalesharked.

Still unable to resolve flags. Have added comments to let someone else resolve later when this is fixed.

It’s a known bug, we’re working on a fix. Sorry about that.

We released a fix last night (California time). It’s working now, I just resolved https://www.inaturalist.org/flags/560226.
