Flags page error

Website. Chrome. Navigating to any flag results in an error. For example the following links give me the fail whale (500 internal error)

I am experiencing the same issue (same conditions) - e.g. flags https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/479641/flags & https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/203658/flags also present the 500 internal error “fail whale”.

I could replicate the error on these flags, but the flags in the curation widget on my iNat homepage all seem to be working fine, so it isn’t all flags.
