Please fill out the following sections to the best of your ability, it will help us investigate bugs if we have this information at the outset. Screenshots are especially helpful, so please provide those if you can.
App version number, if a mobile app issue (shown under About in the side menu):
Screenshots of what you are seeing (instructions for taking a screenshot on computers and mobile devices: https://www.take-a-screenshot.org/):
Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Step 1:
Open an observation with more than one ID where at least one is new (unread)
Step 2:
Scroll down to the bottom of the IDs
Step 3:
Scroll up the top of the screen (eg to leave the observation)
Step 3:
Without interacting the list scrolls down to the bottom of the list
(Captured a screen recording but I obviously have to change that file type before I can upload it here)
Thanks, received the screen recording. Does this only happen if you go to an observation from your Notifications screen? If so, that should be fixed in the latest beta version.
OK, that’s the fix that’s in the next release, version 0.54.1. We started rolling it out to the public today, but will take up to a week for it to be available to everyone.
Tanks. Scrolling now does what it should.
When I open an observation with a notification it jumps almost to the bottom of the list of IDs. Scrolling from there works. The initial jump I guess is related with the big buttons on the device.
Added a screenshot to demonstrate where I am landing.
