Search for Needs Identification but not Observed by me

Is this query / filter possible? I want to look at a list of observations that are not yet Research Grade but not ones that I posted - To help see where I can contribute

here is that search query in Explore: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?quality_grade=needs_id&not_user_id=david-j-afc

and in Identify: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/identify?verifiable=true&page=1&spam=false&quality_grade=needs_id&not_user_id=david-j-afc&place_id=any&user_id=&project_id=

you can then add any other filters you like as well, eg narrowing down to a particular region or taxon

OK - I found htis - I guess it is not in theUI but can be added to the URL: &not_user_id=

Do you really need to specify “not_user” in Identify? I never see my own observations when identifying, so presumed they were excluded by default. Or is it just that I have already given them some level of ID and so therefore they are excluded because I have “reviewed” them?

Ah ha - I had not even realized there was a dedicated tool / page for identifications :)

Identify defaults to exclude reviewed observations, which will exclude all your observations where you’ve added an ID.
