I use tags to organize my sightings. Sometimes I forget to put it in. Is there a way to filter my observations for ones without a tag? Or maybe filter for ones that are not tagged a certain way?

I don’t think this is possible with search filters, but maybe API. https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/how-to-use-inaturalists-search-urls-wiki-part-2/18792#heading--search--terms Doesn’t look like observation fields work either.

That is a good idea… I have never exported to excel before but I will give that a whirl

You should be able to export your observations in Excel and filter the tag_list column

Search by tags not present (not contain)
