Send message to several?

Is there a way to have multiple people on one message/email? I have created a new project and would like to send info to several people who might be interested at one time.

No, but you can create a journal post in the project and tag people there, usually it’s the way to notificate people about news including new project.

So tagging them would alert them to the project?

Yes, you can write a greeting kind of post, they will be notificated about @ tag and will join the project.

Thanks, I’m new to designing a project. It’s a Collection Project so folks don’t need to join; and how do you ‘tag’?

You add @ to their name, as here in forum @melodi_96.

It’s a Collection Project so folks don’t need to join;

They will benefit by joining if they want to see that their observations are in the project. The project will not appear under the projects drop-down in the observation view unless they are a member.
