Similar species misidentification place

Hello all! I’m an American who is relatively new to iNat. I have a question about using the “Similar Species/Taxa” tab. I notice that it says “United States” specifically when it talks about misidentifications.

Is there a way to switch that so I can see globally what users mistake an organism for? This is especially pertinent to when I’m not identifying things in the United States. Thank you!
