When I drill down to a species account, at the bottom of the page is the line:
"Other species commonly misidentified as this species in "
Because I live in a relatively rural area without a lot of iNaturalist activity, there is almost never any species listed here - where is iNat getting ? Can I broaden this to a county or state? If so, how?
I don’t believe the list is generated with any geography in the calculation. It’s not a manually maintained list, it is a list of actual identification errors made by users.
There is no way to edit or change the list shown.
The only thing that can impact it is if you have a filter for geography set on your taxa page towards the top right, if so, then remove or reset that to a larger area.
