Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): When I open a new record and chose the +camara button on top. the app show the diferent options. take a picture; choose an image; make a sound recording; choose a sound recording.
By chosing the “make a sound recording”, the app show the error message that the sound recorder continues to fail. There is an option to see the report, which I added
