Still at NEEDS ID when I've said it can't be

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: I changed the ID back to genus, copied and pasted, said it couldn’t be the species.

Step 2: Person changed their ID back to genus.

Step 3: Person reinstated their former ID to species. Now my disagreement is nullified.

This one was bugged, it didn’t registered second id for some reason. Usually marking something on DQA that triggers reindexing of it (as I get it) can help system to see it.
