How do the species attributes and conservation status get maintained and updated?
I have been working with a project where it has been set to include Establishment = “Native” and found that many native species are not included. On looking at the species record I have found that this field is undefined/not set up. I have also found that an endemic Victorian species that is listed as Critically Endangered has no conservation status.
These things have to get manually added, it’s not something that happens automatically. Establishment means for a species can be added by any user, curator or not, whereas conservation status requires a curator (so you can flag the species).

Thanks for that information. I will look at updating Establishment means and flagging some species for curation.
