How quickly do changes in conservation status take effect? Is the change retrospective for pre-existing observations where geoprivacy is marked as “open”?
depends on how many observations are involved. Relatively few, then ‘instant’ (few minutes). Thousands and thousands, it can take hours for them all to finish reindexing
