URL for individual ID's or comments?

Can I refer to a comment or an ID with a specific URL?

Like, this is the URL for Gerald the muskrat: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/5890862

Can I change the URL to point to this comment, e.g. https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/5890862#17 or some such notation? This one doesn’t seem to work for what it’s worth.

(Using Gerald and edanko as generic examples here, not to call them out.)

I’m not opening Gerald since I don’t want to lock up my computer for 4 minutes, but there are at least three different ways to link to a particular comment or ID.
If you hover over the “1y” at the right side of the comment, it will give you a direct URL that looks something like https://www.inaturalist.org/comments/12345678. For IDs it will look like https://www.inaturalist.org/identifications/12345678.
Alternatively, you can use the observation URL for the base and add #activity_comment_12345678 or #activity_identification_12345678. So the full URL will look like https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/12345678#activity_identification_12345678. This is the style used in notifications.
You can also use #identification-12345678 or #comment-12345678 after the base observation URL, so something like https://www.inaturalist.org/observations/12345678#identification-12345678.
