Weather Info on the App?

I was wondering if with the context we are, under climate change, that maybe weather info could be collected within the observations for the future?

Weather showed positive correlation with genome size, chromosome number, in Orchidaceae, or can even influence growth on Fungi for example. Having weather, season info’s in the photo when it was shot, on this plataform can help to investigate different live models.

I don’t know if this could be accurate or relevant but…

I’ve seen other posts about it but I don’t know id if it was taken any interest.

At the bottom of that topic, staff shared that they do not intend to incorporate weather into observations.

You can use an observation field or correlate weather in a separate location.
