It looks flat and at the same time, richly textured. It also looks very well camouflaged!

Unconfirmed, but I believe this is a Flat Bug, Aradus robustus.

UPDATE: an even rarer species! At least, so far. An Identifier thinks this is Aradus crenatus. (Thank you kgrebennikov!)
