Allosaurus, ever ;)
I developed a fondness for the parasaurolophus when I taught at a childrenās science and nature center.
At the kidsā science center, a Dino program and Dinosaur summer camps were my favorite programs to present. The parasaurolophus presented the opportunity to show kids that dinosaurs were not all stereotypic ferocious T Rex types. I loved the lovely big horn over the animalsā necks; it really caught my imagination - dinosaurs communicating over long distances. At that time, the theory was the appendage was used as a horn to make trumpeting sounds to communicate with the herd. In my programs, I used a ~giant~ Glove-a-phone* I made, holding it back over the top of my head to make loud long honking sounds ā¦ big fun!

Spinosaurus aegyptiacus or Archaeopteryx lithographica.
When I was a kid, I was not at all clear on the distinction between dinosaurs and their contemporary non-dinosaur big reptiles. I thought of all Jurassic and Cretaceous reptiles as ādinosaurs.ā So, in that spirit, I will say Ichthyosaurus, which I categorized back then as a dinosaur.
Spinosaurus and Carnotaurus are some of my favourites.
Iām also a really big fan of the outdated depictions of dinosaurs, such as the ones featured at Crystal Palace or the works by Charles R. Knight. Thereās something just so other-worldly about them.
I found Strange Science to have a good collection of vintage dinosaur art along with descriptions of their histories. I really recommend it!
Allosaurus. No specific reason really, just that 9-year old me obsessed over it back in the day
Ichthyosaurus was my favourite ādinosaurā too as a kid! I was already big into fish at that stage, so what wasnāt there to love about the Fish Lizard? Another one that was high up on my list as a kid that wasnāt actually a dinosaur was Tapejara, look at that crest!
Microraptor! It (possibly) flew using all four limbs as wings. I like Therizinosaurus too because of how weird it looks, and if weāre including birds then obviously Aegithalos caudatus.
I love Parasaurolophus. It looks kinda like a duck and have wacky saxophone looking sound enhancing cress.
Carnotaurus, just for its silly little arms
Oh yes! Carnotaurus is my favorite too. With those silly little arms, bulldog face and hornsā¦ The meat-eating bull, the dinosaur speed demon.
I was also impressed with the Iguanodon. I saw their skeletons in the Museum of Natural Sciences of Belgium. Those were massive beasts! I donāt know why, but no other dinosaur skeletons made such an impression on me, not even Tyrannosaurus and sauropods. In addition, Iguanodon holds a special place in dinosaur history as one of the first named dinosaurs, and its reconstruction has gone through dramatic changes over time.
I am a simple naturalist, I see T. rex, I happy 
Deinonychus has been a favorite since I handled a fossil claw in my paleontology class. I also enjoy seeing the feathered reconstructions.
Probably Eoraptor, because itās an OG dinosaur :p
