Sopwith Camel. It was featured in Peanuts, and is the only tank/aircraft that I know a name for. Fortunately it has an animal in its name!

My favorite animal named aircraft is the SR-71 Blackbird (also nicknamed “Habu,” a Japanese viper). Fastest air breathing manned aircraft, and a truly impressive feat of engineering.
