When i use the app i find easily challenges or guides, but in the site i can’t find those, need some help finding them.
Not sure what you mean. Perhaps when you say “the app” you mean Seek? That is more gamified than inaturalist.org, so you won’t find the same sort of challenges.
Welcome to the forum! If you mean missions, I’m not sure those are on the website. You can find guides here though:

No, not seek, inat, in the upper part there are these options : EXPLORE, CHALLENGES and GUIDES.
Challenges are not built into the website, they are only on the mobile apps.
Oh, but thanks .
are you using android? I can’t find “challenges” on my iPhone
It is called Missions on Android.
Oh, yes, missions
but nothing similar on iPhone?
curious minds…
What are missions for?
They basically give you a list of the most frequently observed things in your area that you have not reported and challenge you to go find them.
To answer the above question, someone with an iOS device needs to confirm, I don’t have one.
The “Missions” feature is only included in the Android app.
One option: on the website, head to your Lists, then Life List. You can then search for your region, and click “Unobserved Species”. This will give you a somewhat similar list of “missions” as the Android app. e.g. https://www.inaturalist.org/lifelists/bouteloua?view=tree&details_view=unobservedSpecies&tree_mode=full_taxonomy&place_id=1859
There are a couple other (less user friendly) search options listed here: https://forum.inaturalist.org/t/missions-feature-on-the-website/6121/4
