Sorry - I just can’t find corresponding settings.
When I started my Forum membership there was an awful mishmash of German and English. Later I remember mostly English (not sure). But now it’s all German, and that’s not useful - don’t think I’ll ever have a conversation in German here.
Why isn’t it as easy here in the forum as in iNat (Settings – Account – Language)?
Or am I just too stupid to find it?

however, if you’re using a Chrome based browser, it’s possible that you’ve tried using the browser’s built-in translation at some point, and maybe it’s still applying that translation across the forum pages. you can look in your browser’s URL bar o the right side too see if you find an icon that is related to translation. if you see if, just set it to show the original language.
Thanks a lot, I’ve overlooked that. No browser problem (firefox).
And I have another issue that may be related to my settings here.
