Why are rare mussel's not linked to NatureServe's S-ranking?

I recently observed a Fawnsfoot [Truncilla donaciformis] on the Wisconsin River. NatureServe lists it as quite rare with an S-rank of S1/S2; however, the rarity does not show up next to the name on top of the observation as it typically does. Why is this?

I’m sorry–I am unsure how to do that.

You can search for the species in the top left of the page on the website (or click the ID on the observation of it), which goes to https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/128502-Truncilla-donaciformis

Then under the graph on the right, click Curation>Flag for curation.
