Why don’t my observations show up in my county

I always list the location of my observations and they are usually in my county but when I look in the county specific observations, mine are not included. Just curious if I am doing something wrong?

Can you please provide a URL of the search you’re performing, and perhaps a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Without specific details it’s hard for us to understand the specific issue and provide advice.

I found your account and for me it all shows up fine. Just go to the “Explore”-tab and type your county into the location-box. From here you can either go into list-mode and scroll down until you find your observations or go to filters → more filters → person and type in your account name :)

Under this link you find a search with all relevant filters:

Might depend a bit where you are. At least here in Alberta, “counties” on iNat are apparently randomly-drawn divisions with randomly-assigned names, rather than actual counties in the province.

If you are looking at observations in the Identify tab, make sure you’ve checked that reviewed observations are included. The search filters are set to exclude reviewed observations by default, which would prevent you from seeing your own observations.
