There’s another unusual behaviour, 1id of Musca, then 3ids of Tachinidae and then id of species in Tachinidae, and Community taxon is still Tachinidae, while it makes first id independent by first 3 disagrees and should be now of a species in the last id.

That one is correct. The score needs to be over 2/3 and Dexia rustica is only 0.5, while Tachinidae is 0.8.
