Why species level ID not accepted on this observation?

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I am missing something obvious?
This observation of me got a finer ID to subspecies level, but still only the Genus I suggested is shown. Why?

When I retract my own ID, species level is accepted. What am I missing here?

Thanks! That´s exactly the issu. Will read into the other threads and see what´s going on.
