Is there a way to reverse the captive/cultivate designation if it is applied wrongly?

Vote in the DQA at the bottom of the observation’s page. You can give a thumbs up or a thumbs down for a multitude of things, including if an observation is wild or not.

Does this option only appear in the web version or can it be seen on the mobile app?

Looks like you’re on Android: view the observation and tap the Data Quality section, then tap the thumbs up next to “Organism is wild”.

I would also recommend to include a note with observations that could be mistaking for captive/cultivated to let others know that it’s not.
