I think this is working as designed. The gray line is just for comparison, mousing over it does. nothing. The date and number of obs that pops up when you mouseover is only for 2025.
The gray peaks are meant to show 2024 observations. It is so you can compare peaks and valleys from 2024 to 2025. If you looked at your 2024 year in review you would see 2024 in green and 2023 in gray.
I get that, it’s just weird that when I hover over a grey peak it says 2025 instead of 2024. To me it would make more sense if hovering over the top of a grey peak showed 2024 and hovering over a green peak showed 2025.
When I put my mouse over it, I get a little popup and a clickable area that brings me to that day’s observations. Which is why I was initially confused because the observations from clicking on the grey peak are from last year, but the popup box says 2025. I’m just confused why both colors of peaks say 2025 when you put your cursor over them.
I can confirm this bug. Mousing over the tips of grey (2024) peaks gives the correct counts for 2024, and links to 2024 observations, but the label says 2025. Mousing over green (2025) peaks shows the 2025 counts and are labeled correctly. I’ve tried this on two different users’ Y in R pages.
