I agree that the brief summary JPEG image is a bit lame, and not what I would expect for a “Download” button. Maybe it’s intended for those who want to post an image to social media?
Note that if you want to download the statistics/data themselves instead of the graphics, you can get those in JSON format by appending “.json” to your “Year in Review” url, like this:
