I just notice that Polistes exclamans, https://www.inaturalist.org/taxa/133791-Polistes-exclamans, is called the Zebra Paper Wasp (formerly and still in the About page referred to as the Guinea Paper Wasp). Wondering how the common names are determined in iNat?
