Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Step 1: Go to https://www.inaturalist.org/oauth/applications

Step 2: Click on any of the links in the Name column in the grid (for example https://www.inaturalist.org/oauth/applications/412)

Step 3: Get presented with a 500 internal server error

i think this has been resolved. time to close the bug report?
