A query for new observations in my area that i do not have on my obs list

Is it possible, or has there been a query written, that I can be alerted to of observations of a species of an Order that I’m interested in that are observed in my area that I do not have on my life list for that Order?

If I understand correctly, you are looking for a way to search for species within an order that have been seen in your area but which you have no observations of? I believe you could modify this URL, which shows which bird species I’ve never observed, but which other people have observed within my county: https://www.inaturalist.org/observations?place_id=2764&taxon_id=3&unobserved_by_user_id=dlevitis&view=species

You’ll just need to change the taxon, place, and observed ID.

EDIT: Looking at that list, some of those are birds I’ve seen many times but apparently never uploaded pictures of!
