Add address and date to another user's obs

I’ve stumbled across some obs from a user who types the address in the notes instead of loading image data or manually adding it. All the images have dates and times, it is just not added to the obs. Since I’ve got the address and the dates now and can relatively easily add a decent location, how can I add it to his/her obs to change the “unknown location” and get id’s to RG?

I did contact the user and hopefully there is a response (not too active but you never know), this is just in case a response or a change does not happen from the user’s end.

it’s not possible to do this, only the observer can update that data

Yes, I can’t find a link to a quote, but I remember staff expressing that only the user will ever be able to alter the key details of an observation (date/time/location/media/etc.). Which is best imo. If someone could alter my observations, I would probably not want to post on iNat.
