Add text to specify you can search for taxon photos by Observation ID

In the taxon Edit Photos page, please replace the taxon name by “Enter observation ID” in the search control text, when “Observations” is selected in the “Photos from” drop down list.

(If another choice is selected in the drop down list, display the taxon name in the text control, just as it is now).

This is to help the user to know what to do, and to avoid that he renounces or asks how to search for photos by observation ID.

Hmmm, interesting.

I can only think of maybe once or twice when I’ve gone into the photo taxon editor with a specific observation’s photo in mind.

But even though I haven’t done it often, I know I have done it.
