Adding outside photos to Journals

I’ve made a short picture guide to the features of moth wings (the main way to identify moths), but I can’t insert it into my Journal. It was based on a moth I have identified (photo is mine), and was modified using Windows Paint. I have tried many ways to get it into a new topic, but none work. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have a look at my journal post - Adding photos to posts - for some help. Unlike the forum, where you can upload photos to posts, the images have to be on the 'net somewhere to link to them.
