Adding pre-selected dropdowns to Observation Fields in a Project

I’m trying to figure out how to replicate the dropdowns in Observation Fields as seen in the Pollinator Associations project:

I have a project I manage, and I’m not seeing a way to enable a pre-selected set of dropdowns to guide the observer in measurements. Is this possible in the “stock version” or did they do some back end coding to make that happen?

I figured out the answer though…using a traditional project.
