Show most used Observation Fields on Identify dropdown

When I add an observation field to an observation, my recent/most used observation fields appear making it easy to add them:

On the Identify screens, however, what appears is driven by text entry:

meaning that I have to type several characters before the entry I want (in this case Behavior: Mating) appears.

Is there any way to have the most recent/common observation fields show when you click in the field prior to text entry so that they could be selected from the dropdown?

I was about to make a request exactly the same as this. It seems like it should be simple to manage. I’m adding a lot of Observation Fields at the moment, and it slows the process down quite a lot.
