I have created a new project in a local park with the park ranger’s permission. How do I add observations made with iNat or Seek apps from the previous two years before the project started?
Assuming you’re talking about this project, you probably want to change the requirement for who made the observations – right now it’s only collecting observations by you and one other person.

Not sure how to specify that any observations from anyone within the project area are accepted.
I did not check “only display observations from project members (people who have joined the project),” There are no other options…
remove the two specified users, and it will accept observations from all users
