Allow new forum users to upload more than one image

(I am a new user and limited to only one embedded item. I was going to upload 3.)

This is a common issue with bug reports. More than one screenshot is often helpful to pinpoint or explain an issue, and requiring them to add additional images as separate posts seems unnecessary.
