Annotations system broken?

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):

Using “Identify” - unable to add annotations as all observations seem to say “No Relevant Annotations”.

However I just tried again and now it is working. But there was definitely something wrong for a while!

I haven’t been making annotations myself to experience this but anything slow/delayed this weekend is probably expected due to the City Nature Challenge.

That is probably the case. I initially put it down to that when I was having to open individual observations to add annotations. But it went on for a while so I started to think it was a more serious problem. Of course as soon as I typed up the bug report it stopped!
