App not syncing and website timing out?

Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.): My app has been “hanging” and unable to sync observations since about 11 AM Eastern Time. Attempting to visit the website through Chrome on Android I get a timeout error.

This is only happening on mobile service, it seems? What happens if you try on wifi?

As far as I know we haven’t had any issues on our end. Do other websites load OK?

Is this still happening?

Hi, it’s resolved now. I was able to connect normally through my mobile browser shortly after I posted this, but sync issues on the app continued. I ended up un- and reinstalling the app and it worked fine. So all is good.
