Description of problem (please provide a set of steps we can use to replicate the issue, and make as many as you need.):
Audio for an observation of spring peepers failed to upload . . .and the audio file seems to have been deleted (or at least lost) in the process
Step 1: Start recording audio in the iNaturalist app for a new observation
Step 2: Stop recording audio
Step 3: Hit “Done”
Step 4: Watch the app try to upload the audio file (even says “uploading”)
Step 5: get bounced back to the ready-to-record screen, with no evidence of the original audio file
This happened to me roughly four times in a row.
(Does the iNaturalist app store audio files somewhere on the phone? I’ve already recorded the peepers at this site four times, and I’d rather not go back and try again, if I don’t have to.)
